Productivity improvement
We believe it is important to comprehensively promote bottom-up improvements, where employees themselves take the initiative to improve productivity.
They say that a good tree has fine roots, but without deep, wide, and fine roots, a tree will not grow large.
Factory productivity should also be improved step by step, by thorough implementation of simple tasks such as greeting people and keeping promises, and by practicing the 5S activities.
Only when such a system is in place will the field be able to quickly respond to top-down improvement instructions in response to rapid changes in the environment, resulting in significant gains in quality, cost, and delivery time.
